We are of course governed by UK law and adhere to all the rules and guidelines as set out by the UK Trading Standards regarding online sales. Here is a summary of our terms and conditions which apply for the use of this website and the sale of Posh Pots through our online shopping service.
Your shopping cart.
It is up to you, the customer, to make sure that the items and quantity of goods listed in your shopping cart correctly reflects the items and quantities your require. Please read carefully the shopping summary, delivery charges and applicable tax rates before proceeding to payment. This information is clearly presented to your confirmation before connecting you to your chosen payment processor.
Your online payment.
We do not take payments nor your credit card details directly ourselves from this website. You will be given the choice to process your payment using PayPal or SagePay secure online payment processors. Once you have confirmed your order you will be transferred to these multi-national industry standard payment processors so you can be sure your financial information is completely safe and dealt with using the very highest standards of security and privacy.
Delivery of your items.
We pack your items carefully, by hand ourselves, using recycled materials as much as possible. We re-use paper wrappings and other packaging materials to secure your items inside their boxes and to separate items to prevent damage during transit. Our products are delivered via a courier service.
Your parcel should be inspected on delivery and any damage should be reported to us within 3 working days of receipt.  We require an email photograph to support your claim and when we receive this we will send out replacement goods.  If we do not receive notification within 3 days then we cannot take any responsibility for damage. We take great care to ensure your items are delivered in perfect condition and carefully hand pack every order individually ourselves. The number of parcels received damaged is extremely low and our customer satisfaction is extrememly high. We are very proud of this.
You have the rights as a customer to return the goods to us within 7 working days of receipt. Goods must be returned at the buyer's expense and should be packed tightly and in the original packaging. If the order is returned unused, well-packed, and is received in good condition then we will refund the cost of the products minus the outgoing carriage.
Special Offers and Sale Items
Sometimes we are pleased to offer items for sale or at special reduced prices. These items are of limited availability and offers are time limited. We cannot guarantee that any sale item or special offer you see will be available the next time you return to our website, however short a time you have left the site for. Should a sale or special offer end during your checkout process, items already added to your shopping cart will be sold at the reduced price, however items added after the reduced price period will be charged at the normal price. Should this happen during your online shopping session, this will be clearly displayed and itemised in your shopping cart and during your order confirmation prior to taking payment.
Customer satisfaction
We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. You can contact us by telephone or email at any time and we are very happy to answer any questions you may have. Should you not be happy with any aspect of our service or in the very rare case of disputes, Posh Pots will be guided and adhere to all UK laws and governance. English law applies to these terms and conditions and any disputes will only be dealt with by the English courts.
